More Sell — Terms of Use

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms form an agreement between you and More Sell for use of More Sell. By creating an account, posting a listing or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the linked rules.

You must be at least 18 and legally capable. If acting for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it.

2. More Sell’s role

More Sell provides a digital marketplace, search, moderation and safer messaging tools. Unless expressly stated, More Sell is not the seller, buyer, agent, broker, carrier, payment provider or party to a user transaction.

The contract is made directly between seller and buyer. Users must verify identity, authority, permits, quality, safety, provenance and legality of the item or service.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorised access. Account transfers, impersonation, restriction evasion and accounts for blocked persons are prohibited.

We may request proportionate verification and restrict, suspend or close access where fraud, illegality or a material breach is reasonably suspected.

4. Listings and transactions

The author is responsible for accuracy, authority to dispose of the item, mandatory disclosures, price, taxes, licences and compliance. A professional seller must clearly identify as a trader and honour mandatory consumer rights.

Avoid publishing personal contact details, use the internal chat where possible, do not prepay unknown persons and retain evidence of agreements.

4.1. Internal credits and plans

More Sell credits are closed-loop internal units used only for site features. They are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency or an investment, earn no interest, cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between users.

A paid plan runs for 30 days from activation and does not renew automatically. Buying the same plan adds 30 days; switching starts the new term immediately without carrying over the previous remainder. The current price, limits and features are shown before confirmation. Mandatory consumer withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected where applicable.

5. Content licence

You retain your rights and warrant that you have all necessary permissions. While content is posted, you grant More Sell a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, technically adapt, display and distribute it solely to operate, promote and protect the service.

The licence ends after deletion except for isolated backups, material lawfully retained for disputes or security, and content needed to preserve the integrity of communications already delivered to others.

6. Moderation and notices

We use automated risk signals and human review. Content may be demoted, hidden, rejected or removed, and account features may be restricted. Context, severity, frequency, intent and risk of harm are considered.

We provide reasons and an available appeal route for material decisions unless prohibited by law or unsafe. Illegal content may be reported through the listing or at legal@pohotnik.com with the exact URL, legal basis, explanation and a good-faith statement.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a completed transaction, the authenticity of every user, item quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We take reasonable security measures and address known material faults.

Distances, matches, automatic translations, spelling corrections and recommendations are aids that users must verify.

8. Lawful limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, More Sell is not liable for user conduct, the quality or legality of transaction items, breach of a user-to-user contract, indirect loss, lost profit or loss of data not caused by the platform.

Where More Sell is liable, aggregate liability is capped at the greater of fees actually paid by you to More Sell in the previous 12 months or EUR 50. The cap does not apply to intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, data-protection duties or liability that law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Mandatory consumer rights remain fully effective.

9. Indemnity and termination

To the extent permitted by law, you reimburse reasonable documented third-party claim costs caused by your unlawful content, fraud or material breach.

You may stop using and delete your account. We may terminate for a lawful reason subject to applicable notice duties. Transaction, liability, dispute and lawful-retention clauses survive.

10. Law, disputes and changes

Latvian law applies. An EEA consumer retains the mandatory protection of their country of habitual residence and rights to use courts competent under EU rules.

We may update terms for legal, technical or commercial reasons and will give reasonable advance notice of material changes. Questions: support@pohotnik.com.
