Your data rights

1. Access and copy

You may confirm processing and receive a copy plus purpose, category, recipient, retention and source information. A JSON export is available after password reconfirmation.

2. Correction and portability

Edit inaccurate profile and listing data. JSON is structured and machine-readable. Direct transfer is available on request where technically feasible and respectful of others’ rights.

3. Erasure

Account deletion erases contact data and OAuth tokens, physically removes owned uploads, hides and clears listings/searches, removes bodies of messages you sent and de-identifies the account.

Minimum de-identified records may remain for security, legal duties and claims. Isolated backups, if used, expire within 90 days and are not restored into the live service.

4. Restriction and objection

You may request restriction while accuracy or lawfulness is disputed and object to legitimate-interest processing. We stop unless compelling grounds or legal claims require it.

5. Withdrawal

Optional cookie and marketing consent can be withdrawn as easily as given. Browser settings control geolocation. Contract-essential processing does not depend on consent, but you may delete the account.

6. Making a request

Use account controls or email privacy@pohotnik.com from the account address. Proportionate identity checks may be required. The normal deadline is one month, extendable by two months for complexity with notice.

7. Complaint

You may complain to Latvia’s Datu valsts inspekcija or the authority where you live, work or where the alleged infringement occurred, without losing judicial remedies.
