1. Core rule
Post only lawful, accurate and verifiable offers that you are entitled to make. Post one offer once in the best category and in a language the intended buyer can understand.
2. Prohibited goods and services
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or recalled goods, drugs, dangerous substances, human exploitation, unlawful financial schemes, malware, identity documents, personal-data trading and law-evasion services are prohibited.
Weapons, ammunition, components, hunting equipment, animals and other regulated items are allowed only where the offer and transfer are lawful in every affected country and all required licences are held. More Sell may prohibit an entire high-risk category.
3. Accuracy and traders
Title, condition, price, images, location and availability must match the item. Disclose material defects, the full price and mandatory fees. No false urgency, hidden ads, clickbait or unauthorised brands.
A professional seller must identify as a trader and provide legally required business, tax, guarantee, return and withdrawal information. Commercial activity must not be disguised as private selling.
4. Contacts and safety
Do not publish another person’s data. Prefer the internal chat and never request passwords, verification codes, full card data or unjustified prepayment. Hide the exact location of valuable items.
5. Images and rights
Use current original images or material you are authorised to use. Copyright/privacy violations and shocking, sexual, discriminatory or violent content are prohibited.
6. Spam and manipulation
Duplicates, fake inventory, artificial refreshing, keyword stuffing, fake reviews, search manipulation, automated scraping and evasion of limits or moderation are prohibited.
7. Moderation
Automated signals may place content in review. Moderators may seek clarification, reduce visibility, reject or remove content, restrict posting, suspend or ban accounts. Severity and repetition affect the measure.
8. Notices and appeals
Give the exact URL, concrete facts and reason. An illegality notice must state the legal basis and good-faith belief. Knowingly false or abusive notices are prohibited. Appeal via the decision notice or legal@pohotnik.com.
9. Author responsibility
Moderation is not an endorsement of legality or quality. The author remains responsible for content and transactions and, where lawful, reasonable documented costs caused by their violation.
