1. Cookies
Cookies are small browser records used by a website. Similar technology includes localStorage. Strictly necessary technology is used without separate consent where the requested service cannot work without it.
2. Necessary cookies
pohotnik_session supports login, language, temporary location and security preferences for the session period. XSRF-TOKEN protects form submissions. pohotnik_cookie_preferences keeps your choice for up to 12 months. None is used for advertising.
3. Geolocation and session
Only after you press the button may the browser request GPS permission. Coordinates are not stored in localStorage: after an explicit save, a guest point stays in the necessary server session and a signed-in user’s point stays in the profile.
4. Analytics and advertising
With analytics consent, the counter uses a hash of the cookie-choice identifier and last visit time. It records no IP addresses, page history or contacts. Records with no visits in the last 30 days are deleted daily. No additional analytics cookies or advertising trackers are installed.
5. Controls
Allow all, keep only necessary categories or save a custom choice. Refusal is as accessible as acceptance. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Blocking necessary cookies in browser settings can break login and forms.
6. Consent record
To prove the choice we retain a random ID, categories, policy version, time, language and irreversible IP/user-agent hashes for up to 5 years. Contact privacy@pohotnik.com.
